The King James Bible celebrated its 400th Anniversary in 2011. As a continued part of this celebration, The Rock Hall Museum is presenting an exhibit of King James Bibles from local families during the month of March. In addition to the display of Bibles, certain pages that date back to the year 1542 with certification of authenticity are available for viewing.
The Rock Hall Museum is still accepting Bibles for the display. The exhibit will be at Town Hall in glass cases. You may view the Bibles beginning in March during normal Town Hall hours of 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM and weekend hours of Rock Hall Museum.
Donations will be accepted during your visit or may be mailed to Rock Hall Museum, PO Box 367, Rock Hall, MD 21661.
